Building Engineers are on duty Monday through Friday during normal business hours. They are here to maintain building operations and to provide standard building maintenance.  A designated office contact should be the person to place all maintenance requests. 

A designated contact person, for each suite, will be set up in Angus (Our Tenant Web Portal). They will receive a link via email to create a user name and password. When the request is sent through the system; all onsite Building Management is contacted immediately. We will be sure to contact you within 1 – 2 hours of the request. All requests will be logged into our computer system to allow us to track any recurring problems and to monitor our service performance. 

Urgent Requests

Please have your Office Manager notify the Management Office of any URGENT maintenance or repair requests, or requests requiring immediate attention. We will have a building day porter or a building engineer assist you as soon as possible.

  1. Your name, company name, suite number
  2. Contact phone number
  3. Clearly identify the nature and location of the problem.
